These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Eloqua mobile application (“the App”). Please read them carefully before using the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms.
By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the App immediately. Eloqua grants use of the App and its services only to users who have accepted these Terms.
You consent to the processing of your voice data for speech enhancement and training purposes. Audio data may be temporarily transmitted to third-party AI services (such as AssemblyAI and Groq) for real-time analysis, with encrypted transmission and automatic deletion.
Authentication tokens, preferences, and progress data are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. No passwords are stored by the App, as login is managed via Google OAuth. Cloud synchronisation of training progress is optional and requires explicit consent.
All data is handled in accordance with GDPR and NHS Digital guidelines. You may revoke consent to external processing or cloud synchronisation at any time via the App settings. The App does not retain or share personal data without your permission.
The App is designed for users with speech impairments and includes accessibility features such as high-contrast UI and offline functionality. Use of the App is intended for therapeutic and educational purposes only.
The App is suitable for users of all ages. However, if you are under 16, you should use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
All materials, products, and services provided within the App are the property of EloquaHQ. You agree not to copy, modify, redistribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
If the App requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy, safety, and security of your login credentials, as well as for all activities carried out under your account.
